Paula Nacif — Herbalist, Naturopath & Massage Therapist in East London

Hi, I'm Paula. I’m a herbalist, naturopath, and massage therapist. Wholeness is my studio in Hackney, East London. I work with clients in person at my E2 studio and online. My work is all about helping you feel whole – physically, emotionally, and in the way you live your life.

I use Traditional Western Herbal Medicine, enriched with wisdom from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and modern health insights, to get to the root of imbalance and create holistic, natural, practical plans that truly fit you.

I support people through many stages and challenges, such as hormonal health, perimenopause, stress and burnout, sleep, digestion, skin, fertility, pregnancy, and post-natal recovery. My massage therapies are designed to release tension, restore movement, and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and reconnected to yourself, using a range of techniques from deep tissue and trigger point work, to pregnancy and post-natal massage – always tailored to you.

Originally from Brazil, raised in Portugal, and now based in London, my own journey toward feeling whole is what brought me to this work, and continues to drive me to help others find that same sense of balance, vitality, joy, and ease.
